GRAIL CASE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Grail Case. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grail Case website (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of all Grail Case products.

By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order with Grail Case, you are submitting an offer to purchase under these Terms.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Grail Case reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.

A binding agreement is formed only once you receive a confirmation that your order has been accepted and processed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be added during checkout where applicable.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The billing information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction that cannot be verified or processed.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Grail Case is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damages occurring after transfer to the carrier, except as required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise specified, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Grail Case. Complete this form to initiate your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Certain items may be designated as final sale or non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to product designs, case architecture, structural dimensions, the 10 Millimeter Guarantee™, Grail Case™ UVR Crystal Acrylic formula, logos, trademarks, graphics, photography, copy, video, and brand materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Grail Case and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, republished, or distributed without prior written permission from Grail Case.

Unauthorized commercial use of Grail Case product designs, structural specifications, or branding may result in legal action.

7. Preservation & UV Protection Disclaimer

Grail Case products are designed to significantly reduce ultraviolet radiation exposure. The Grail Case™ UVR Crystal Acrylic formula is engineered to filter approximately 99.9% of UV radiation within the 280–400 nm range based on batch spectrophotometric testing.

However:

• No material can eliminate 100% of ultraviolet radiation under all conditions.
• UV filtration performance may vary slightly between production batches and finished units.
• Post-manufacturing processes such as cutting and polishing may result in fractional variations in filtration levels (typically within approximately 99.6%–100%).
• Long-term exposure to visible light, infrared radiation, and heat may still contribute to fading, discoloration, or material degradation over time.

Direct sunlight should always be avoided. Even with high UV filtration, cumulative exposure to heat and visible spectrum light may alter inks, fibers, coatings, adhesives, and substrates.

For optimal preservation:

• Use LED lighting below 4000K
• Maintain relative humidity between 30–50%
• Maintain temperatures below 75°F
• Avoid placement near heating vents, moisture sources, or fluctuating environments

Grail Case products are preservation-enhancing enclosures but do not guarantee indefinite protection, prevention of fading, or archival permanence under all environmental conditions.

Collectors are responsible for maintaining appropriate environmental controls.

Important Notice Regarding Product Use and Protection Claims

Grail Case products are designed to enhance the presentation of collectible items and provide a level of physical shielding under normal conditions. However, they are not guaranteed protective systems and should not be relied upon to prevent all forms of damage, deterioration, or loss in value.

No Insurance or Value Guarantee
Grail Case does not provide insurance coverage or any guarantee of value preservation for items stored within its products. Users are solely responsible for insuring and safeguarding their collectibles.

By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The product does not guarantee protection against drops, impacts, pressure, or mishandling

• The product does not guarantee protection against environmental factors, including but not limited to UV exposure, humidity, temperature changes, air exposure, or long-term material degradation

• The product is not airtight, waterproof, UV-proof, tamper-proof, or archival-grade unless explicitly stated in writing

• The product does not prevent alteration of grading, condition, or market value of any collectible item

• Any risk of damage, loss, theft, or depreciation remains solely with the owner

Use Limitation
This product is intended for display and general storage purposes only. It is not a safe, vault, or professional preservation system.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grail Case shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or decrease in value of any collectible item, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In all cases, maximum liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Use of this product constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Display product only. No guarantee of protection or value preservation. No insurance provided. Use at your own risk. Liability limited to purchase price.

8. Structural Specifications & The 10 Millimeter Guarantee™

The 10 Millimeter Guarantee™ refers to the structural thickness of Grail Case acrylic panels, designed to provide rigidity, optical stability, and consistent UV filtration characteristics.

While thicker material enhances structural integrity and optical performance, Grail Case does not guarantee immunity from:

• Impact damage
• Surface scratching
• Environmental stress cracking
• Improper handling
• Long-term environmental exposure

Product specifications are subject to refinement or improvement without notice.

9. Certification & Testing

Each production batch of Grail Case UVR Crystal Acrylic undergoes spectrophotometric testing to confirm average UV filtration performance of approximately ≥99.9% across the 280–400 nm range.

Testing methodologies conform to standards equivalent to ISO 9050 and ASTM G173 for UV radiation exposure.

Testing reflects laboratory conditions and does not guarantee identical performance under all real-world display environments.

10. Acquisition & Availability

Grail Case operates a continuous production model designed to maintain consistent product availability.

Statements such as “always in stock” or “24/7 availability” refer to our operational inventory system and are subject to:

• Material supply chain disruptions
• Manufacturing interruptions
• Force majeure events
• Carrier limitations
• Unanticipated demand surges

While we strive for uninterrupted fulfillment, availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Grail Case reserves the right to limit quantities or temporarily suspend availability without notice.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where explicitly stated in a separate written warranty, all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grail Case disclaims all implied warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not warrant uninterrupted Site access or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grail Case shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of our products
• Environmental conditions affecting displayed items
• Loss of collectible value
• Data or content inaccuracies
• Delayed or interrupted service

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by providing written notice to Grail Case.

15. Changes to These Terms

Grail Case reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following posted changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
